Cashew nut rich in antioxidant which may help to reduce imflammation and protection from some disease.

You can eat them by their own or added to dishes like salad, curry or fried rice. 

How to roast in oven:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, add a layer of raw cashews on tray and roast them for 10-15 minutes. 

How to roast on stove

A pan on medium heat, add raw cashew on pan and heat them around 5 minutes until they turn brown and fragrant.
